finishing touches on I.P.O.R.T.M and blog changes!

i'm finishing up I.P.O.R.T.M TODAY!!!! i wont have anything in my way! FINALLY!

and the less important... i now have a translator down at the bottom and top of my blog, and a list of all my blogs i have!
